Prior to this role at the Piramal Group, Srini was the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Piramal Group, and led a team of 90 HR professionals globally.
His areas of interest include leading large scale organizational transformation initiatives, Valuations, M&A integration. He has led global change management initiatives such as HR transformation, EVA alignment, Balanced Scorecard implementation, Cascade of Purpose, Values and Strategy. Some of the key projects that he was involved included Project Anmol (Value Creation), G2G (Business process transformation), SEEDS (HR Transformation) and Udaan (Vision 2020 for the niche Financial services business)
Srinivas has an immense passion for teaching and is on Academic Advisory Boards of reputed Management schools in Mumbai and Pune. Srinivas also mentors start ups and is on the Advisory Board of Ozone Education start up that operates in Skill Development space
